Our Philosophy

At Whitechapel Tea House, our philosophy is simple – to craft moments of pure joy through exceptional teas. We blend tradition with innovation, aiming to create an experience that transcends the ordinary and invites you to savor life, one exquisite cup at a time.

The right beans- with over 800 tasting notes and potential flavours in coffee, there are many places that we can source our coffee from, The coffee that is served to you is chosen after careful consideration We use a blend of coffee beans (coffee from all over the world in one drink) and specific single origins (from one coffee producer, region, particular country) for our coffees.

Differing roast levels will have a great impact on tasting notes you’ll be able to discover in your coffee. Our coffee has been roasted for specific brewing equipment {Cezve, Espresso, Syphon etc)

coffee does not keep fresh forever, so fresh is always best. We only serve coffee at peak freshness for maximum enjoyment, so you wil never get a flat cup.

 We use filtered water for our coffee, the fewer the minerals in coffee the better quality of water.
